At Cheese Makers Table, I started as a food enthusiasts who wanted to share my passion for cheese, lite fare, coffee and wine at a wine and cheese bar in Ashland, Oregon. But instead of opening the wine bar I saved a cheese company from extinction. I purchased Rogue River Valley Creamery and created Rogue River Blue the most sought after and distinctive cheese in the world. Today I have one of the most popular food blogs on the internet that shares my recipes, success formulas, sustainable food philosophy and inspirations.
I believe that cooking is an expression of your creativity, values and the region you live. It is a way to express your love for others. I strive to make cooking fun, easy, sustainable and accessible.
My recipes are simple, quick, adaptable and fun. They appeal to different taste, occasions and dietary options. I also share my philosophy in serving, plating and pairing meals and cheese.
