I have always had a passion for cooking, making cheese and supporting and promoting organic, biodynamic and regenerative agriculture. Starting a food blog was a natural way for me to share my love of food and the passions of others shared at my table over the years. My twenty one foot table called the Cheese Makers Table(r).
It is my hope that by reading my blog you will be inspired to use culinary techniques that I have refined over the years and discover flavorful organic, biodynamic and regenerative ingredients. In addition, I hope to help you build on your culinary skills and stock of recipes that you can use to create flavorful meals on the fly. I will share the tools and ingredients I have on hand and stock in my kitchen. I will also share my annual garden planting and menu diagrams.
I draw inspiration from a variety of sources, primarily from my garden, cheesemaking, the farmers market and my own personal experimental recipes. I also love combining different ingrediets combinations, spices and techniques to create unique vegatable, cheese and meat dishes and pairings.
